Cory Lindgren-Accountant/Enrolled Agent/President

Professional Background and Experience: Cory is the co-owner of Lindgren & Associates and a graduate from Metropolitan State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.  He is available year-round during our regular office hours and by appointment.  Cory can assist you with individual, farm, small business, partnership, and corporate income tax preparation, income tax planning, accounting, charitable gambling, and payroll services.  He has been providing these services to our clients since 2004.  Prior to becoming an accountant, Cory worked in the banking industry for ten years.  Cory also serves on the Board of Directors for the Chisago Lakes Area of Commerce, Chisago Lakes Main Street Initiative, and Lakes Area Networking Group as the Treasurer.

Personal Information: Cory currently resides in the Chisago Lakes Area, with his spouse, Shawna Lindgren, and their two children, Bristol and Chase.  Cory’s interests and hobbies include spending time with his family, auto racing, camping, fishing, golf and watching sports such as baseball, football, hockey, and NASCAR.

Chad Lindgren-Accountant/Tax Professional/Vice-President

Professional Background & Experience: Chad is the co-owner of Lindgren & Associates.  He is available year-round by appointment in the evenings and on Saturday’s.  Chad can assist you with individual, farm, and small business income tax preparation and planning.  He has been providing these services to our clients since 2000.  Chad has also worked in the banking industry since 1996 and is also currently employed full-time at a local community bank and serves as a Vice President at his branch.  His experience with income taxes, accounting, and banking provides a unique and effective perspective for our clients that can help them maximize their financial goals and objectives.

Personal Information: Chad currently resides in the Chisago Lakes Area with his spouse Janel, their two children Isaiah and McKenna.  Chad enjoys golf, fishing, hunting, camping, listening to music, watching sporting events, but mostly enjoys spending time with his family and friends.  Chad is an active member in the Chisago Lakes Area of Commerce, Forest Lake Area Chamber of Commerce, Forest Lake Rotary Club, and previously served as a City council member along with various committees including Finance, EDA, and Planning Commission.

Colette Campbell-Tax Professional

Professional Background & Experience: Colette has been providing individual income tax preparation and income tax planning services to our clients since 1996.  She is available during tax season (February – April) by appointment in the evenings and on Saturday’s.  Colette has been working in the insurance field since 1990 and currently works full-time at a local insurance agency.

Personal Information: Colette currently resides in the North Branch Area along with her husband, James Campbell and dog, Maggie.  She has 2 children, her son Allan and daughter Ashley.

Ellie Peterson-Accounting & Payroll Assistant

Professional Background & Experience: Ellie has been assisting our office since 2006.  She assists our clients by processing their payroll, bookkeeping, and other basic office needs. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting at National American University.

Personal Information: Ellie currently resides in the Chisago Lakes Area with her family.  Ellie enjoys spending her free time with her kids, family, and friends, as well as duck hunting, fishing, camping, and watching her boys race motocross.
